Crafting:


There are many items you can obtain in Minecraft.  But if you start with nothing but yourself, how do you get so many items?  The answer is... CRAFTING!!!

 

When you collect items, you can put them into the big 3x3 squares.  Different patterns make different items.  Here are a few of the basics.

Just putting a wooden block anywhere makes planks.  Next, using the planks, you can make a crafting table.

The crafting table has more room to make bigger things.  The pictures above showing how to make planks and the picture showing the crafting area, is all in the crafting table.  The picture showing how to make a crafting table is made using the area you spawn with.

With the stick, you can make more items.

Things like axes and swords.  You can mine and collect cobblestone to make stone swords and things.

As you can see, the patterns in which you place the items on the crafting space matter.  The pattern must look like the actual product.  There are many different patterns and object you can make on minecraft.  

So go out there, and craft away!!!
